Oh great team Artisan,
I have a question for you.
Under the tab Config>Events>Config with the show box checked.
Is that how to make sure the Roaster Scope displays changes in speed,
power or other sliders/buttons.
Can such changes be added after the roast or only if Show is marked
as Artisan logs the data, roasting.

New subject: showing speed, power and other events on the graph
Hi Flint,
Artisan will record these events whether Show is checked or not. Of
course, to see them displayed during the roast or after you need to check
Show.
Yes, you can add events after the roast. Go to Roast>Properties>Events and
add them to add, edit or delete events after the roast.
