Hello,
Anyone having an issue with Artisan failing or stopping to operate during a
roast? I have had this happen several times. I now close and re-start
Artisan between each roast to try and avoid it shutting down mid roast.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have been successfully using Artisan with an Arduino TC4 for a few years.
I was running the aArtisan 2.00 sketch. Last night I started to monitor a
roast and I noticed the BT and ET where displaying -1 degree. Above the
graph was the following message: Exception: ser.ARDUINOTC4temperature():
list index out of range@line 25093
I updated the aArtisan sketch to 3.00. When monitoring the roast both ET
and BT show the same temp of 62.3 degrees. The degrees will fluctuate a
little but do not reflect the actual temperature. I even disconnected the
thermocouples and the degrees still shown in Artisan.
What could be my issue?
